We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return your item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

In accordance with current regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving your order.

• During this period, you can return your product for a full refund without providing a reason.
• Return shipping is fully covered thanks to the return label included in your package.

Extended Return Policy – Up to 30 Days

We go beyond legal requirements by offering 30 days of free returns from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned in new condition only (this includes unopened products in their original packaging with all accessories and items that have never been used).
• Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• Return costs: AM MATERIEL covers all return shipping fees, regardless of the reason for return.

Return Label

A free return label is included with your order. If lost, contact our customer service to request a new one.
Any further process, such as return shipping coordination, must be handled directly with our customer service.

Restocking Fees

• No restocking fees apply to returns.

Warranty Conditions
